Los Angeles, California - Following Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's surprise wedding in Las Vegas last month, their official marriage certificate has surfaced with new details on their nuptials.

Bennifer's love story "got a second chance," gushed J. Lo about her Las Vegas wedding to Ben Affleck.

On July 17 just after midnight, the two finally wed at the famous Little White Wedding Chapel in Sin City following their second engagement, 20 years after they first started dating but then went their separate ways.

"Best night of our lives," Jennifer wrote.

Now, TMZ has revealed the couple's official marriage certificate from their impromptu ceremony.

In addition to the wedding's date and place, the full names of the two stars and the pastor can be found. Benjamin Geza Affleck and Jennifer Lynn Lopez were pronounced legally wed by Pastor Ryan Wolfe, and the union was officially witnessed by Kenosha Booth.

A small but important note shows J.Lo declaring her new last name: Affleck.

After the wedding, Jennifer shared videos and photos of the two's big day on Instagram and on her blog.

"With the best witnesses you could ever imagine, a dress from an old movie and a jacket from Ben's closet, we read our own vows in the little chapel and gave one another the rings we'll wear for the rest of our lives," the Jenny From The Block singer wrote in her newsletter.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Paris, the city of love.
