Teacher arrested for engaging in sex with two students in a hotel room

Youngstown, Ohio - An Ohio teacher has been arrested for engaging in sexual acts with two former students who were juveniles.

Christina Sosbe has been accused of having sex with two 16-year-old male students at the same time in a Trumbull County hotel room.

The allegations date back to December 2018, according to reports.

Sosbe has been charged with three counts of sexual battery and is now facing felony charges. If found guilty, she could be sentenced to a maximum of 54 months in jail.

The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges at her arraignment and posted $25,000 bail. She now receives random court ordered drug testing as part of her bail release agreement as she awaits trial.

The 29-year-old has also had her teaching license permanently revoked.

The former instructor worked for an Ohio teaching organization called Pace through which she was placed at the Choffin Career and Technical Center, a vocational school in Youngstown.

Sosbe often posted about her teaching profession on Instagram and captioned her photos with "#teacherlife" and "doing what I love to do." She has not posted since late 2018, around the time of the allegations.

She is awaiting a hearing and sentencing, currently set for June 7.
