San Francisco, California - Golden State Warriors' Jordan Poole and Los Angeles Lakers' Juan Toscano-Anderson might not play on the same team anymore, but it looks like the NBA stars will always be each other's ball brothers.

Like two siblings playing ball at a neighborhood park, Poole and Toscano shared a fun moment in the sold out arena of their season opener matchup on Tuesday night at the Chase Center.

With 30 seconds left in the third quarter, the two dove for a loose ball that resulted in an amusing wrestling match between the two former teammates.

As they both held on tight to the ball, refusing to give up the possession, the duo appeared to exchange a teasing back-and-forth before finally breaking free.

After the friendly scuffle, the referee awarded the Lakers the possession, giving the 6-foot-6 forward a one-up on his friend Poole.

By the end of the game, however, Poole got his revenge as the Warriors ultimately won the game 123-109. Poole scored 12 points with seven assists, two rebounds, and two steals.

Following the first win of the season, Poole reflected on playing against his buddy Toscano and the close relationship they share.

"It was good to see Juan today," Poole told media after the game. "We've been so competitive since day one. That's my brother. So just to be able to go back to our practice days, the days that we had at open gym.

"He's a scrappy player," he added.
