Woman is dumbstruck when she finds out what her cat has been doing at night

UK - Susie kept waking up dog-tired in the morning and had no idea why until she set up a night vision camera, which revealed the furry reason for her poor sleep.

The woman wanted to see what was going on at night, so she installed a camera next to her bed.

After another predictably bad sleep, Susie took a look at the footage and the reason for her daily exhaustion became abundantly clear: it was all her cat's fault!

In the video, the big orange cat, appropriately named Ginger, sneaks into his owner's bed as she sleeps.

But the furtive feline isn't looking for a cuddle. He's there to poke Susie with his paw over and over again – but gently enough to never fully wake her. At one point, Susie even gives a few pets while she's still half asleep.

The whole scene was a huge surprise to her and she decided to share her misery with her TikTok followers. The clip has becoma an instant hit!

Some TikTok commenters shared their own similar experiences with crafty cats.

One user's friend discovered that they stopped breathing in their sleep after the cat kept pawing at them to wake up.

Another user suggested that Susie might be snoring and that the cat was just getting her to stop.

A few days later, Susie published another clip in which she let everyone know: "I will NOT be locking him out my bedroom."

In the follow up, Ginger is once again in bed with his owner but this time he just wants to cuddle and promptly goes to sleep.

Susie clearly can't resist her adorable fur ball, even if it costs her a good night's sleep.
