Ontario, Canada - As the days are getting colder and winter is ramping up, one dog's owner decided to put some booties on her four-legged friend - much to the pup's shock.

In a recent viral video posted to TikTok, Tucker the Golden Retriever has been gifted new doggy booties to keep him warm, and is strutting in style!

"My wife put some boots on Tucker and he isn’t happy," the dog's owner says in the video's caption.

Indeed, Tucker seems at first to be puzzled by the fancy footwear, looking at his paws as if confused and unsure of what his new fashion statement is for.

"Come here, you're not going to fall!" his owner encourages between laughs.

Soon, Tucker tries to move his paws, but the results are hilarious.

The two-year-old hesitantly moves one leg in front of the other, walking like he is gingerly sifting through lava.

The sweet look on his face paired with his floppy leg movements have turned the clip into internet gold.

The clip has been viewed more than 669,000 times, and made countless users smile.

After many users requested to see the shoes in action, two more follow-up videos appeared on Tucker's account, which show him stomping through the snow - still unsteady and wobbly.

His owners have joked in another clip that Tucker has signed a deal with Nike since his shoe video went viral.

Yet it seems the four-legged friend is slowly but surely getting used to his shoes. His owner says he has even learned to love them – as fans clearly do too.
