Ontario, Canada - As an experienced dog groomer, Vanessa De Prophetis thought she had seen it all. Then, she was proven wrong - this pug and German shepherd mix looked like a literal "goblin"!

Successful dog groomer Vanessa De Prophetis has been running her store "Perfect Pooches Dog Grooming" in Ontario, Canada, for ten years. Despite a long grooming career, which she documents on her YouTube channel, De Prophetis was still unprepared for a pug and German shepherd mix.

"Making the world beautiful one pet at a time," her account says. When it comes to such a strange dog breed, though, a perfect pooch that she labeled a "majestic mongrel", making things beautiful becomes tough.

She was amazed when one day she was asked to trim a dog's rather unusual coat. At first, she thought the four-legged friend was a German Shepherd. But when she saw its pug-like face, flabbergasted is an understatement.

In a video she posted on social media, Vanessa De Prophetis introduced the "majestic mongrel" to the world of TikTok. The pup went crazy viral, with more than 27 million views amassing over a very short amount of time.

"I assure you that you have never seen a dog like this before," she told millions of her subscribers. Then, captioning the clip, she asked "Ok, who photoshopped this?"

At first, Vanessa hides the mixed pup's face and only shows off its curly tail. When the big reveal comes, though, users get a look at the "goofy goblin" for themselves.

After lingering on the dog's tail and bodily features, the Vanessa De Prophetis finally revealed the pup's ghoulish face. Ironically, it's a goblin in more than just looks - this perfect pooch is actually called Goblin!

Indeed, the dog looks like a cross between its German shepherd mom and its pug dad.

According to Vanessa, Goblin is "exceptionally cute" and has an "outstanding" personality. She even gives the dog hilarious descriptions, saying that he resembles a "gremlin" and a "frowning leprechaun."

"He made me laugh for an hour straight," she said.

TikTok also can't get enough.

"It's like someone hit a German Shepherd in the face with a frying pan," joked one commenter.

"I refuse to believe this isn't just two Pugs in a trench coat," quipped another TikToker.

As Goblin has continued to gain thousands of comments and counting, he is doing so in style - courtesy of the groomer, who has made him internet famous.
