Internet - How would you feel if someone replaced your best friend without even noticing?

TikTok user Womangineer delighted more than 6.4 million internet users with her hilarious dog video.

In the clip, she shared that her father was supposed to pick up her beloved dog, Gucci from the dog salon. Her dad sent a photo before leaving the groomer, and very quickly the TikToker realized something was not right.

Instead of Gucci on the leash, her father had been sent home with a completely different four-legged friend! She sent her dad a flurry of texts hoping to catch him before he brought the dog home.

Dogs Guard dogs sounded the alarm for the most hysterical reason!

Unfortunately, it was too late – her father didn't read the messages and walked through the door with the impostor

"My dad will NEVER pick him up from the groomer again," read the caption of the funny clip.

Thousands were amused and couldn't stop laughing. "He went from Gucci to Wish," quipped one user.

Others wanted to know if the young owner got her dog back, and just a little while later, she posted an update announcing that her puppy was finally back home.

It turned out that another family had picked up Gucci by mistake, leaving their own dog with the groomer. The TikToker's dad was then assured by the groomer that there was only unclaimed Yorkie left to collect. Suspicious about the whole scenario, he then sent his daughter that initial photo, but didn't wait for her confirmation.

The dog owner also let her followers know that, from now on, she'll be staying at Gucci's side while he gets groomed.
