New York, New York - The queen of Halloween is back! Heidi Klum, who has thrilled fans with plenty of bold transformations in the past, has revealed her latest costume: her own severed hand.

The wait is over! The 53‑year‑old unveiled her latest horror look on social media on Saturday.

To mark the 25th anniversary of her Halloween bash in New York, Klum transformed herself, with the help of numerous makeup artists and costume designers, into a severed hand – and no shortage of fake blood was spared.

The model's legs were tucked into the convincingly realistic middle and ring fingers of the costume, while the artificial nails on her outfit were painted dark red to make a striking visual impact.

Klum's face emerged from a small bloody opening – not far from the massive wound from which a bone and several tendons protruded.

"I looked at my hand, and I thought, 'Hey, I think I could fit my body in this somehow," she explained on the red carpet.

Just hours before her legendary appearance, the blonde bombshell posted a teaser on Instagram. "TALK TO THE HAND #HeidiHalloween 2026 HERE WE GO," she wrote.

Hundreds of thousands of users liked Klum's posts and praised the creativity behind the costume.

"This the spookiest one yet," one said, while another wrote, "Omg this is hands down INCREDIBLE!!"

As her mother showed up as a torn‑off hand, Leni Klum presented herself in a completely different look.

The 22-year-old embodied the iconic Muppet Miss Piggy on Saturday night.

Plenty of other stars were in attendance at the spooky bash, including James Charles, Neil Patrick Harris, and Questlove.

But one special guest was missing from this year's celebration: Klum's husband Tom Kaulitz.

Due to a concert in Germany, the Tokio Hotel guitarist and his twin brother, Bill, could not attend the event.
