Jim Carrey gets married for the third time to partner three decades his junior
Los Angeles, California - Third time's the charm! Jim Carrey has tied the knot once again, this time to Min Ah, who is three decades younger than the comedian.
A spokesperson confirmed the 64-year-old's third marriage to People.
According to TMZ, the ceremony recently took place in a small, private setting in Los Angeles.
Ah and Carrey appear to have been a couple for several years. Photos have recently surfaced of them leaving a charity comedy show by Judd Apatow in Los Angeles back in February 2022.
However, they only made their relationship public four years later!
At the César Awards in Paris in February, they appeared side by side, holding hands and exchanging affectionate glances.
In a speech delivered in French, Carrey said, "Thank you to my wonderful family, my daughter Jane, and my grandson Jackson. I love you now and forever. Thank you to my sublime companion, Min Ah."
He then left no doubt of their romance as he added, "I love you, Min Ah."
Jim Carrey has been married twice before
Carrey keeps his private life out of the public eye as much as possible. In 2022, he even announced that he wanted to end his career, preferring to keep a "quiet life." Still, he never managed to completely withdraw from Hollywood.
Before his current marriage, the actor was linked to his former co‑star, Ginger Gonzaga.
The two appeared together on screen in the dramedy Kidding, but the relationship lasted only a few months.
Carrey's first marriage was in 1987 to Melissa Womer, who was then a waitress at the legendary Comedy Store in Los Angeles.
With her, the comedian welcomed his only daughter, Jane. They divorced in 1995.
Just a year later, Carrey wed his Dumb and Dumber co‑star Lauren Holly, but the marriage didn't even last a year.
