Is Kim Kardashian "embarrassed" she failed the bar exam?
New York, New York - Kim Kardashian got candid about failing California's bar exam after documenting her law school journey on reality TV.
Kim K may play a lawyer on TV these days, but she still hasn't earned her credentials off-screen, despite years of studying so far.
At the premiere of All's Fair season 2, the 46-year-old told Page Six that she feels no shame about the disappointing result.
"I never really get embarrassed," she said on Monday. "I think it's embarrassing for people that don't try to study for the bar that would ever put me in an embarrassing situation."
Along with a busy career in reality TV, business, and now acting, Kim has decided to follow in her father's footsteps in the world of law.
She began studying for the bar exam in 2019 and began an apprenticeship program in lieu of attending law school so she could sit for the exam.
But in late 2025, Kim revealed she failed her first attempt. Despite the setback, she told fans, "I'm still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up – just more studying and even more determination."
The SKIMS mogul has already bounced back from failure in her law journey before. In 2021, she finally passed the "baby bar" after failing it three times.
