Los Angeles, California - Mia Goth has officially filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf a year after the spouses split!
According to TMZ, the 32-year-old filed the legal documents on Tuesday.
Mia listed the estranged spouses' separation date as July 28, 2025, and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the cause of the split.
The Frankenstein actor is seeking primary legal and physical custody of her and Shia's four-year-old daughter, Isabel, per the court docs.
Additionally, Mia requested to terminate the court's ability to award her or the 40-year-old spousal support amid the divorce.
She further noted that "the exact nature and extent" of any separate property assets or community property assets and debts belonging to either party are "currently unknown" and asks that the court amend her petition once the information is revealed.
Shia and Mia wed in 2016 after dating for four years, yet the couple separated in 2018 and filed for divorce.
In February 2022, it was confirmed that the two had reconciled and were expecting their first child together.
Shia, who just settled his legal battle with ex FKA Twigs, recently came under fire when footage showed the former Disney star screaming at a woman in public during his time in Rome earlier this year.
