On Tuesday, Charlie reflected on the couple's time together in an Instagram post.

She captioned the carousel of images, "To the most incredible and inspirational human I've ever known. My special one. I feel endlessly lucky to have loved and been loved by you in your final months here."

Charlie added, "What we shared is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. A true angel. Your beautiful heart and soul will live on with me, forever and always."

The photo dump included a selfie of the pair snuggling together in hoodies, along with another shot of them in swimwear while enjoying the ocean.

She also shared a solo pic of Presley in a hot tub and the late model's handwritten love letter to Charlie.
