Sydney Sweeney fires back at haters with new topless sports betting ad

Los Angeles – Actor Sydney Sweeney has done it again! The star posed nearly naked in another promotional video for the sports betting platform Novig, this time with a slightly different approach.

While only two American footballs cover her bust, the Housemaid protagonist looks into the camera and says it’s “just about sport.”

With her first video for Novig, the star sparked a storm of outrage in women’s sports in mid‑September. This time, however, the ad feels different.

“There are grown men using spreadsheets to bet on what color underwear I'm wearing. I mean, I'm flattered?” the topless Sweeney says at the start of the commercial.

She also points to other platforms where she says insider trading is happening on what dictator is going to die next.

"There's someone sitting in a bathroom stall betting their 401K on a war," Sweeney says before pivoting the convo back to Novig, where Sweeney is not only a model but also a "strategic partner."

"Novig is just sports," Sweeney says in the ad.

Her remarks are clearly a jab at well‑known prediction platforms like Polymarket, where users can stake money on virtually any world event, regardless of morality.

What likely hasn't changed is many athletes' view of the ad campaign.

After her first ad for Novig took the internet by storm, many claimed Sydney Sweeney's revealing performance undermined women's sports achievements.
