Prince Harry and Meghan Markle move again just weeks after UK return
London, UK – Moving stress for the Sussexes? Just a few weeks after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and their two children returned to the UK, they are now said to have moved again.
According to a royal insider who spoke to the Daily Mail, the family initially stayed with a wealthy businessman in the British Cotswolds after their surprise return in August.
At first, the Sussexes lived together in the main house, but they have since moved to another property on the estate.
Harry and the businessman have been friends for a long time, having met through their shared involvement with military charities.
The prince's close friend apparently is pleased that the Sussexes and their children – Prince Archie (7) and Princess Lilibet (5) – are still residing on his estate.
Harry and Meghan are reportedly moving closer to Charles
For several weeks, Harry and Meghan have apparently been looking for a home of their own near King Charles, as the 42‑year‑old knows the area well.
An insider has spilled that a friend of Harry's said the couple was house-hunting in the Cotswolds near Highgrove, referring to Charles and Camilla's residence.
At the same time, Harry and Meghan apparently don't want to give up their former home in the US.
They plan to keep their estate in Montecito, California, even after returning to the UK. Staff will continue to look after the property where the family has lived for the past six years.
In 2020, Harry and Meghan stepped down from their royal duties and left the UK with their then 10‑month‑old son Archie. The family settled in California and soon welcomed daughter Lilibet.
