Plymouth, Massachusetts - A Massachusetts woman has been arrested outside of the courthouse where the jury in Lindsay Clancy's closely watched murder trial continues deliberations for a fifth day.

According to NBC Boston, 56-year-old Dawn Light was arrested outside of the courthouse on Tuesday afternoon.

She was arraigned in court on Wednesday on one charge of intimidating a juror, witness, police officer, or court official.

Light was first spotted by court officers in her car, which was parked in a restricted area behind the courthouse. She denied that she was taking photos, but told police that she was "waiting to see if Lindsay Clancy would come out of the building."

Despite her denials, footage of people exiting the courthouse was ultimately discovered in the deleted photos section of her phone.

"Although she states she was looking for Lindsay Clancy to come out of the courthouse, it was clear she was filming the jurors," prosecutors said.

"Court officers were able to determine she was filming the jurors. She was in clear violation of the order by Judge Sullivan in this case."

Light was released on personal recognizance bail, with the judge ordering her to stay away from the courthouse, avoid any contact with jurors or witnesses, and refrain from sharing the footage she captured.

The incident comes as jurors continue tense deliberations in Clancy's case, where the 36-year-old is on trial for the murders of her three children. Clancy has admitted to the killings, and her defense team has argued she is not criminally responsible for the act due to extreme postpartum psychosis.

The jury can find Clancy guilty on first- or second-degree murder charges, as well as manslaughter. If Clancy is found not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility, she would be committed to a psychiatric hospital, rather than being sent to prison.

Jurors told Judge William Sullivan on Tuesday that they were unable to reach a unanimous decision in the case, but he ordered them to return to deliberations.
