Trump makes stunning admission about drug he takes because "psychologically I need it"

Washington DC - President Donald Trump made a bizarre and un-asked-for confession about a drug he takes every day – against his doctor's wishes – because "psychologically I need it."

During a campaign rally in Vandalia, Ohio over the weekend, Trump admitted to taking 325 milligrams of aspirin every day. Such an amount is more than four times the recommended 81 milligrams, which is advised to prevent "cardiac" issues.

He admitted that he uses the drug to treat psychological issues and that it helps to make him comfortable at 80-years-old.

"I take an aspirin a day. I don’t know if it works, but psychologically I need it," he claimed during the rally. "It thins the hell out of your blood, I guess. I don't know if it works or not, but I've been doing it for a long time. And here I am making speeches."

In particular, he praised the brand Bayer, who he called it the "little yellow." He said his use of Aspirin is now making his doctors seriously worried.

"They want me to go down to the 80. I take the 386. I don't know what the hell it is. It's a monster," Trump admitted. "They said, 'Sir, you don’t need that!' I said, 'Do me a favor, I've been doing okay for 35 years. Leave me alone."

Earlier this year, Trump had told the Wall Street Journal that he is superstitious about his aspirin use, and has been consistently using a large amount of it for more than two decades.

"They say aspirin is good for thinning out the blood, and I don't want thick blood pouring through my heart," he said. "I want nice, thin blood pouring through my heart. Does that make sense?"
