On Tuesday, Clinton shared an X post announcing the launch of her new High Stakes podcast on Vox Media alongside co-host Kara Swisher, where they will "dig into the issues and ideas behind this fall's elections, from AI to Gen Z."

The project comes as the Republican Party gears up to fight to keep their majority in the House and Senate from Democrats, who have threatened to impeach President Donald Trump for a third time if they take back power.

Despite the president's poll numbers being at a historic low, the party has decided to run on a "Trump's on the ballot" strategy, hoping his loyal MAGA base will carry them to victory.

With Democrats, a number of young, progressive candidates have gained notable attention, and some – such as Senate candidate James Talarico of Texas – are leading races that could determine the party's success.

In a video included with the post, Clinton – who ran for president in 2016 and narrowly lost to Trump – notes that every seat in the House is on the ballot, along with 35 Senate seats and 36 governorships.

"What you pay for groceries, rent, and health care is on the line," Clinton added.

In an interview with The New York Times, Clinton warned, "If we don't reverse this chaos and corruption and cruelty that is being visited upon us by this administration, we won't recognize our country."
