Falls Church, Virginia - An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent was recently caught on camera holding a Virginia woman at gunpoint under seemingly false pretenses.

In a video recently shared on Instagram, angry ICE agents wearing face masks are seen approaching the car of Virginia native Carolina Molina, who filmed with her phone as they accused her of trying to run them over and threatened to arrest her.

Off-camera, Molina is heard standing her ground, firmly refuting their claim and alerting them that she is filming.

At a press conference on Wednesday, Molina admitted that she noticed agents making arrests and "passed by one of them and called him a ho."

Molina has insisted she did not attempt to run agents over and later shared dash cam footage that appears to corroborate her claim.

She also shared a screenshot to her Instagram of a statement released by the Department of Homeland Security that claimed agents were at the scene "targeting criminal illegal aliens" when Molina, described as an "anti-ICE agitator," circled them and "weaponized" her vehicle "in an attempt to help illegal aliens get away."

The incident comes as President Donald Trump has deployed immigration agents to Democrat-run cities across the country to carry out deportation sweeps.

Their presence has led to protests and violence, and the deaths of several individuals – at least three of whom were US citizens – at the hands of agents.

Democratic Congressman Don Beyer said in an X post that he will be "demanding answers and consequences," while Molina plans to seek legal council.
