Portland, Oregon - A tattoo artist in Portland is advertising $50 "Kirkiversary" neck pieces for people who want to get inked on the anniversary of Charlie Kirk's assassination.

The artist, who goes by @blacksctratcher on Instagram, announced the promotion on Saturday, offering $50 neck tattoos on September 10 in what she called "the exact placement of the kirkhole."

"Alright, y'all, here it is," the account's owner had written in a now widely-circulated post featuring a collection of possible designs for the tattoo. "One year after Kirk CELEBRATION. Custom flash whatever. As long as it's this placement!"

While the tattoo artist is more or less unknown, and seems to have set her Instagram to private, her post was screenshot and went super viral after the Libs of TikTok shared it, garnering more than 420,000 views on X alone.

It went even more viral after it became a topic of conversation on Fox News, where it was widely condemned in the comments section.

Charlie Kirk was a far-right provocateur, social media personality, and one of the Trump administration chief propagandists. He was known for regularly spouting racist and sexist views and being a proponent of the US Constitution's Second Amendment.

On September 10, 2025, he was shot in the neck while speaking at Utah Valley University during his American Comeback Tour. The 31-year-old had been speaking about mass shootings mere seconds before he was killed.

The horrendous act was allegedly committed by 23-year-old Tyler James Robinson, who will soon face trial for Kirk's murder after prosecutors found sufficient evidence to proceed with the case against him.
