Cat intruder "hijacks" a man's car over and over – but this animal-lover doesn't seem to mind!

Cody, Wyoming – Chris Parsons was only in town for a quick visit to his father‑in‑law – but when he saw who was suddenly sitting in his car, he rubbed his eyes in disbelief. A cat had commandeered his vehicle!

"He crawled through my window, apparently," Parsons told The Dodo.

"I was completely shocked."

A cat had made itself comfortable on the passenger seat of his car.

Parsons figured out how it got there when he took a close look at his passenger window.

The window was left slightly ajar – just enough space for a nimble cat to slip inside the vehicle.

Parsons then grabbed his phone to film the amusing moment.

In the video he posted on Facebook, the feline looks almost diabolical, staring directly into Parsons' camera with a fixed gaze.

Parsons didn't feel threatened, though...

"It was pretty hilarious," the car's owner said.

A day later, he posted another video showing the cat climbing out of the vehicle again.

It quickly becomes clear that even for the furry friend, the feat isn’t that easy.

Slightly clumsy, it squeezes through the window gap, uses the side mirror as a stepping stone, and finally makes a dash over the hood.

But first it gives the "cameraman" a glance, who now looks a bit frightened.

Perhaps the cat realizes he's been caught red-pawed!

"It was a highlight of my day," Parsons told the animal site.

"It hasn’t happened again, but we’ve seen the cat around the neighborhood several times since then," he added.
