Brazil - This Brazilian ink addict has totally transformed his body via the use of extreme body modifications and tattoos. Now, he has chopped his tongue in half and tattooed it black.

Take a quick look through his TikTok profile, and you'll soon realize just how much Nahlu has had done to his body.

Tattoos cover his skin to the point that more has been inked over than not, even touching on unusual places like his earlobes and his face.

His face is covered in numerous piercings, as well as flesh tunnels on both his upper and lower lips. Small pieces of silicone have been inserted under the skin on his chest to form strange bumps along the line of his ribs.

The radical look he has taken on is truly unique and something that he shares with more than 1.6 million people on TikTok in numerous clips and images which put his extreme transformation on full display.

In one clip, however, he introduced us to possibly his most radical body modification of all time: He has split his tongue down the middle and tattooed it.

He'd chopped up his tongue beforehand – it was shown off in numerous videos – but there's something eerie about it being colored a dark, pitch black color.

"There are so many ways to BE and express yourself as a person, regardless of your gender identity," Nahlu wrote on Instagram.

"I do the things that make me feel more comfortable with myself and with my body and the way I express myself."
