A brief look at Oscar Márquez's social media pages and you'll quickly realize something – this dude truly loves the art of body modification and extreme tattooing!

His unique look and extraordinary body modification work has thrown him into the spotlight, with nearly 24,000 followers on TikTok, and a whopping 104,000 on Instagram.

Scattered among the many mods he installs on a day-to-day basis are a vast assortment of subdermal implants, procedures in which silicon molds are inserted beneath the skin to form patterned bumps.

The designs look like additional ribs, ridges, and shapes that are pushing out from under the skin to reshape a person's entire aesthetic.

Yet, somehow, these are not the most extreme procedures he participates in – that accolade may go to his split tongue procedures, which see him chopping people's tongues down the middle and stitches them into two halves.

Split tongues are, somehow, quite popular – Australian adult star and body modification fanatic Amber Luke can even pick things up with it!

Having participated in so many radical modifications, it's no surprise that Márquez is a fan of them himself.

Apart from covering his skin in radical inkings, Márquez has taken the extreme step of injecting tattoo ink directly into his eyeballs.

Eyeball tattoos are getting increasingly popular among the extreme body mod community, despite the very real risk of going blind or getting some other form of permanent sight damage from such a procedure.
