Breda, The Netherlands - Tattoo artist Hika has totally covered her skin in radical blackout tattoos, intricate patterns, and body mods. Recently, she shared the shocking process behind her "scarification."

In a recent interview with Ink Stories TV on TikTok, Hika opened up about the shocking process of getting a "scarification" tattoo, which involves the intentional scarring of a person's skin as a form of body art.

"You just make a very fine line, and then you make a thicker line," she explained in the interview, detailing the process by which she does scarification. "Some people in scarification also take out a big chunk out of their skin."

Nika's obsession with extreme body modification and radical tattoos is clear from the moment you see her – her face is slathered in carefully designed patterns and lines, which stretch down across her neck and throughout most of her body.

On her back, however, a round design is sketched into her skin. The scarification tattoo is massive and, despite being healed over, seems to have held its shape.

"I thought that was too much for me," she said of the removal of a large chunk of skin. "So I just do a small, like, rather thick line. It's not that painful, actually."

When asked about the healing process, Hika made a shocking admission: "Like very bloody, yeah, I just wrapped myself in foil and then I asked my mum to take it out and she was like 'oh my god, this is so much blood.'"

"I feel like it's less painful" than a normal tattoo, Hika claimed. "But if you have to take the whole skin off, that's probably really, really, really painful."
