In today's Viral Video of the Day, a little girl's first-ever headache quickly became a full-blown family emergency – at least according to her equally concerned sister.

In the clip, Madi lies in bed with an ice pack on her head and her mom holding her hand as she calls it the "worstest pain I've ever had," adding that she's trying not to cry too loudly because she doesn't want to disturb the neighbors.

Her sister takes the situation even harder, dramatically declaring, "I'm just gonna cry," before telling Madi she thinks she might die – all while their brother calmly sits beside them reading a book, completely unbothered.

"You holding her hand like she’s in labor is sending me," one viewer commented, while another wrote, "WHY IS EVERYONE SO DRAMATIC?"
