In today's Viral Video of the Day, a mom's attempt at a simple somersault takes a painful turn when she forgets she is wearing a claw clip.

In the clip, Whittney Jené is hanging out with her kids and other family members when they challenge her to do a somersault on the floor.

Whittney crawls into position and flips over, only to have her claw clip snap in the process.

Laughing through the pain, she warns everyone, "One of the springs is in my head, I'm not kidding," as her family bursts into laughter and one child starts crying.

"This is the kind of family we all want to be in," one viewer commented.
