In today's Viral Video of the Day, a couple's night out ended with one very unexpected splash after their security camera caught a hilarious mishap at home.

In the clip, the pair appears to be returning from a date when the man stops by the pool to wash sand off his feet.

The woman follows his lead, but things go sideways almost immediately.

As she tries to rinse off, she loses her balance and tumbles straight into the pool, purse and all.

"As soon as I saw the pool I knew," one viewer commented.
