Gatlinburg, Tennessee - In today's Viral Video of the Day, a casual backyard bear sighting quickly turns terrifying when a curious boyfriend gets a little too close to the wild animal.

In the clip, Lindsay's boyfriend spots a bear wandering around the backyard and sends her a video as he walks outside on the porch to get a closer look.

But the bear suddenly isn't interested in making friends, immediately lunging toward him and sending him sprinting back inside.

One viewer commented, "running from a bear & not shutting the door behind you is INSANE."
