In terms of making an epic comeback to the music scene, no one does it quite like Adele, and her latest deal proves just as much to be so.

On Tuesday, the Easy On Me singer announced she'll be doing a three-month-long residency at Caesars Palace In Las Vegas, Nevada, beginning in January 2022 called Weekends With Adele.

The announcement comes nearly two weeks after the Grammy-winning singer released her fourth studio album, 30.

For the singer who's been open about her struggles with stage fright and anxiety, it seems to make sense that she'd agree to a Las Vegas residency far before hitting her peak in the music industry.

Not only that, but the revolving open-and-closed state of the world amid the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic surely adds stress to any artist's attempts at building out a world tour.

Not to mention, Adele also has a young child to co-parent alongside her ex-husband, and living the life of a pop superstar on the road often changes when kids are involved.

When you look at things that way, booking three months of weekend shows in one singular location and stage might not be such a bad idea.

Adele joins a long line of A-list musicians who have had Las Vegas residencies, including Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, and Lady Gaga.

Though her initial residency is only slated to last three months, there's always a chance it could get extended if it ends up being a massive success for both the Adele and Caesars Palace.

As for now, Adele will play weekend shows at Caesars Palace beginning January 21, 2022, through April 16, 2022.
