First, Brad just dropped a whooping $40 million on a cliffside bachelor pad in the California town of Carmel, according to The Daily Mail.

The house is apparently so elite that it has its own name, Seaward, and was reportedly the most expensive home sold in the area.

Brad has also been making the most of his single life by casually dating, as per People.

"He has a large group of artsy friends in LA that he hangs out with. He's dating, but is not in a serious relationship," an insider shared with the outlet.

The tipster also dished that the Hollywood hunk has also been spending more time with his kids, whom he shares with Jolie.

"Brad has dinner with his younger kids when they are all in LA. Since the kids are older now, they have their own life and friends. Brad still has a pretty good relationship with them."
