According to the Ventura County District Attorney's Office, Jason Alexander did not deny the misdemeanor charges of aggravated trespassing and battery in Thursday's trial. He pled no contest to the misdemeanors and was found guilty.

Alexander was credited with time served after spending 64 days in Ventura County jail. He is being released from custody.

The court also issued a criminal protective order, meaning that Alexander is barred from being within 100 yards of Spears and the security guard involved in the incident.

Alexander was arrested and charged with the misdemeanors when he turned up uninvited to the pop star's house on her wedding day, ranting and raving while broadcasting everything on Instagram Live. According to the police report, Alexander got physical when a security guard asked him to leave.

Britney married her long time partner Sam Asghari on June 9, 2022, in front of their family members and close friends.

Jason Alexander is the Toxic singer's former childhood friend. The two were married for a hot minute back in 2004 – almost literally, since they only took 55 hours before applying for an annulment.
