Thousand Oaks, California - Britney Spears has officially tied the knot with Sam Asghari, and this was one eventful shindig!

On Thursday, the pop star finally married her fiancé at her home in Thousand Oaks, California.

Though intended to be a simple, low-key affair, Britney's big day was filled with a little pre-wedding drama, to put it mildly.

And it doesn't get much more dramatic than your ex-husband trying to crash the party and copping four misdemeanor charges for his efforts. Jason Alexander, to whom Britney was infamously only married for 55 days, even streamed the outrageous stunt on Instagram Live.

In the end though, the happy couple didn't allow this small hiccup to ruin their big day, which was reportedly filled with a lot of love, some famous friends, and plenty of smooching – not just between the bride and groom, as it turns out.

According to People, the blushing bride wore a custom-made white gown designed by Donatella Versace herself.

The stunning dress featured a classic silhouette and portrait neckline that wraps around the shoulders and connects together with a stream of pearl buttons down the back.

The design also included a front leg-slit and a 10-foot train.

As for Asghari, the dapper groom sported also wore a custom Versace black tux that featured a double-breasted peak lapel jacket with silk satin details, plus pants with a banded belt at the waist.

The outlet further revealed that the Toxic singer walked down the aisle to Elvis Presley's Can't Help Falling in Love.

"Britney walked herself down the aisle. She looked absolutely stunning in her main dress. She cried happy tears at some moments," an insider spilled to the outlet.

The pair wed in front of 60 guests that included a few of Britney's famous friends such as Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton, Drew Barrymore, and Madonna.

Apparently, Asghari wasn't the only one getting some wedding day kisses from his bride.

After the spouses' very brief ceremony, Britney did a quick dress change and rocked out on the dance floor in a short red minidress.

Per People, while enjoying her time on the dance floor, the singer was also seen locking lips with Madonna, just as they famously did on stage at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards.

Following the after party, the happy couple was whisked away in a white Rolls-Royce with a classic "Just Married" sign on the back.
