Atlanta, Georgia - Cardi B has opened up about continuing to grieve the loss of late Migos star Takeoff, who was the cousin of her husband Offset.

Nearly a month after Takeoff's senseless death due to gun violence, Cardi posted-and-deleted a gut-wrenching voice note on Twitter where she spoke honestly about losing the rapper.

"We living our life normally, but deep down inside our hearts have been so heavy," Cardi said in the since-removed post.

"I feel like if I talk about the incident so desensitized, I feel like if we talk about how we really feel or what motherf**kers really been going through, y'all will start saying, 'Oh, sympathy.' And we don't want no sympathy. We ain't no charity case."

The Bodak Yellow rapper further spoke on the painful impact Takeoff's passing has had on her husband and fellow Migos member, explaining that despite her efforts, she feels "hopeless" trying to make Offset happy.

"Trying to make him crack a smile, seeing him randomly cry, see him trying to distract his mind completely, schedules been changing, trying to keep up with work after everything that he's been going through these past couple of weeks," she continued.

Takeoff's younger brother YRN Lingo also recently broke his silence over the Migos star's tragic passing on Instagram.

The artist posted an emotional tribute to his late older brother, who's legal name was Kirsnick Khari Ball.

"Dear Take, I don’t know where to begin, I honestly still can’t believe it," Lingo wrote in the moving post.

"My big brother, my right hand, my other half, my literal twin. The one I could call upon anytime no matter what time, weather, situation you were in. I hate that I have to move on with my life without you physically here, I wish I could just stop time and wait, but I know that can’t happen."

Lingo added that he "looked up" to his sibling "more than anyone on this earth and I will never stop looking up to you. I'll carry your name until the day I die."

"Take you fulfilled your purpose and more. You will forever remain in my heart, in our hearts. Love you big brother always and forever!" he concluded.

The hip-hop community has continued to honor and remember the late 28-year-old, who was shot and killed on November 1 after an argument over a dice game broke out during a private party in Houston.
