San Fernando Valley, California - Chris Brown has been accused of physically assaulting a woman at his home last week.

Things reportedly got heated at the R&B singer's home in San Fernando Valley.

On Friday, police responded to an incident after an unnamed woman alleged Chris "slapped" her.

Though no arrests were made, the 32-year-old was named in the batter report.

The father of two is currently being investigated and could be hit with a misdemeanor charge, but it doesn't seem like the songwriter is too worried about the situation.

On Tuesday, the entertainer post a cap emoji, which usually suggests somebody lying, along with laughing face emojis.

This wouldn't be the first time Brown's temper got the best of him.

In 2009, he assaulted Rihanna en route to the Grammy Awards. The two were dating at the time, but the situation turned violent, leaving the Umbrella singer with visible marks and facial injuries.

The fallout severely damaged Chris's reputation, as he was at the height of his career at the time. After being charged and pleading guilty to felony assault charges, the singer spent years rebuilding his image and trying to redeem himself with fans.

Brown and Rihanna did briefly reunite in 2013, but they split again months later.

Now that these new accusations have come to light, this ugly past is rushing back into focus again.
