This is also true for love, especially when you're newly single and sober, like John Mulaney (38).

Days after his divorce from AnnaMarie Tendler (35) was announced and he made his return to the stand-up stage, rumors started swirling that Mulaney and X-Men star Olivia Munn (40) were Hollywood's latest item.

Prior to Mulaney's 60-day stint in rehab for drug and alcohol addiction, the Newsroom actress sent a tweet wishing him well that read, "Sending SO MUCH love and support to John Mulaney. You got this."

According to a 2015 interview with HuffPost, the two had known each other for several years, first meeting at a wedding in 2013 when Mulaney and Tendler were engaged.

A source told People that the two had since rekindled at a church in the Los Angeles, California area before Mulaney headed back to New York following his 60 days at an inpatient rehab in California.

According to the source, the budding romance is "very new" and "they're taking it slowly."

When Munn met Mulaney back in 2013, she recounted being "obsessed" with hanging out with the comedian and his then-fiancé, but admitted being ghosted by the pair when she tried to set up a dinner date.

Now, it appears the two might've made up for time lost and dinners missed, but on a much more intimate level. All that's missing now are the photos to prove it.
