Kate Hudson focuses all her high expectations on family life
Los Angeles, California - Actor Kate Hudson is much more relaxed about her work than her family life.
"The only expectations that I have that are really high in my life is with my kids and with, like, family stuff," the 41-year-old said in an interview on the Today show.
When it comes to the other things in life, including her career, she just lets things go: "I work my a** off and then I walk away and I hope for the best."
Describing the changes in her household since the start of the pandemic, Hudson said, "The reality is, there are days that are great, and there are days that I have to remind myself to be grateful."
Hudson has three children: sons Ryder (17) and Bingham (9) and daughter Rani Rose, who was born two years ago.
Fans got to see Rani Rose just in time for the holiday season when Kate Hudson shared a sweet picture of her daughter on Instagram.
At the time, the actress also made it clear that she would set strict and serious rules for her children, while also placing high value on their independent development.
Rani Rose is Hudson's first child together with her boyfriend, 34-year-old musician Danny Fujikawa.
