Los Angeles, California - Model Ashley Graham (34) showed off her baby bump and confirmed she is just about ready to pop as she is expecting the birth of her twin boys.

The 34-year-old posted three photos of herself lying on her bed on Sunday, revealing her huge baby bump.

"Made it full term today (40 weeks!)," the Sports Illustrated model wrote on Instagram.

"Due dates are just a suggestion, babies will always come on their birthday," she added.

The post has received more than a million likes in 24 hours and plenty of congratulatory comments piling up.

Some celebrity fans even wrote in, including fellow model Naomi Campbell (51).

"Simply divine! Wishing you a beautiful and safe birth," Campbell commented.

Many were just impressed Graham had made it to full term with two babies.

"Making it 40 weeks with twins is a serious accomplishment! Congrats!!" wrote one fan that echoed many others.

Graham is already a mother to son Issac, who will turn one in January.

She announced her new pregnancy with a photo taken by her film director husband Justin Ervin (33) in July, writing about her "tiny surprises" and that she was ready to "celebrate what this next chapter means for us."

Since then, she has closely documented her pregnancy journey on Instagram.

It looks like Graham and her husband will be starting off the new year with a new bundle of joy upon the upcoming birth of their sons.
