Santa Rosa, California - Gwen Stefani joined her husband Blake Shelton onstage during a concert to give him the best 46th birthday surprise.

A video shared by Shelton shows the country star in the middle of his concert at the Country Summer Music Festival on Saturday, as Stefani decided to crash his headlining set.

The No Doubt frontwoman came bearing a colorful cake, sending her hubby into a fit of joy. She then led a serenade Happy Birthday with some help from the backing band and the audience of thousands.

Shelton held the cake up for the crowd to see, and grinned from ear to ear before blowing out the candles.

"Thank y’all for all the birthday wishes this past weekend and for y’all who came out to party at Country Summer!!!" he wrote on Twitter. "What a damn time we had.. also.. I love you @gwenstefani!!!!"

Another video shows the lovebirds later performing together, and sharing an unforgettable kiss.

The couple tied the knot in July 2021, and still seem to be head over heels for each other.
