If there's one thing you can always count on Schumer to do, it's keeping it real.

On Sunday, the comedian and actor headed to her Instagram to spread some truth about a cosmetic procedure she had done – and nearly immediately regretted.

The Insta post features a photo of Schumer at a doctor's office with some type of cream on her cheeks whilst holding up a "peace" sign with her hand for the camera.

"I tried getting fillers. Turns out I was already full. Thank God you can dissolve them I looked like #malificent [sic]," Schumer wrote in the caption.

The Trainwreck star also tagged Dr. Jodi LoGerfo in the post, thanking her for returning her face to Its normal state.

Actress Isla Fisher was one of many to sound off in the comments of the post, hyping Schumer up while celebrating her honesty.

"You are so beautiful! No fillers needed," Fisher wrote. Celebrity makeup artist Gita Bass also chimed in, writing, "Fillers?? Amy no! You have the best skin!! Stop the madness," followed by three kissy-face emojis.

One Instagram user dug a little deeper, begging Schumer not to "give in to the pressure of the acting industry. You’re beautiful just the way you are. Age gracefully. There is no need for all this. You can be the voice for those that want to embrace their natural sleeves."

Though this might be the first time Schumer has dabbled in cosmetic procedures, it's not her first time discussing her medical woes on Instagram.

In September, the 40-year-old was extremely open on Insta about her struggles with endometriosis, and her decision to have her uterus removed because of it.

In a video following the procedure, Schumer opened up about her battle with the disorder in a raw and captivating way.

"My pain is real, your pain is real. We have to advocate for ourselves. We have to speak up," Schumer said.
