Los Angeles, California - Jennifer Lawrence is officially a mom for the first time!

TMZ announced the arrival of the 31-year-old star's baby Wednesday evening.

According to the report, Lawrence recently gave birth at an LA County hospital, but so far there is no information as to exactly when exactly the star's child made its way into the world.

The news that Lawrence and her husband, the director of the New York Gladstone Gallery, Cooke Maroney (37) were expecting was confirmed by Lawrence's agent in September.

After the announcement, the Oscar winner proudly presented her round belly in public. At the end of January, she reportedly also had a baby shower.

The couple has not yet confirmed the birth or the name of their new bundle of joy.

Last year, the Don't Look Up star told Vanity Fair she was excited about having a child but also didn't want to let people in: "every instinct in my body wants to protect their [the baby's] privacy for the rest of their lives, as much as I can."

Lawrence and Maroney met in June 2018 thanks to a mutual friend. The two immediately connected and just a year later got married in a small ceremony in Rhode Island.
