Calabasas, California - Khloé Kardashian has reportedly broken her silence on Tristan Thompson's latest paternity scandal.

The reality star is apparently not focusing on her unfaithful ex, and is putting her attention on herself.

On Wednesday, a source shared with People magazine that Khloé wants this year "to be different" adding, "She wants to focus on her own happiness."

As for potentially dating someone new, the insider says that's not in the cards for the former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star.

"But her family knows that she will meet the right guy when she is ready," the source dished.

"It's hard for her family when she is upset. They love her so much. Khloé is such a strong person though. She has already moved on after finding out that Tristan was expecting another baby," the unnamed insider further stated.

The latest update on how Khloé is fairing follows Tristan's recent drama with Maralee Nichols.

On Monday, the athlete took to Instagram to confirm that he is, in fact, the father of the Houston's native newborn son - something he vehemently denied last month.

Following his admission, Tristan also apologized to Khloé, with whom he shares daughter True.

The Sacramento Kings player wrote in the statement, "Khloé, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry."

However, it may be too late for Tristan to apologize, as Khloé seems to be set on putting herself first this year – as she should.
