Los Angeles, California - Tristan Thompson admitted has officially fessed up to having a sexual relationship with Maralee Nichols, who claims to be the father of her child.

More details have been released in the latest scandal Khloé Kardashian's ex has gotten himself mixed up in.

On Wednesday, People shared that Tristan owned up to having an ongoing sexual relationship with the trainer, who is now suing him for child support.

In a court document filed earlier this month and published by the Daily Mail, the NBA star, who denied fathering Maralee's baby boy, recalled meeting her in late November or early December 2020 at someone's home.

It read that Tristan was "very cautious" and did not foresee him and Maralee "could have any type of relationship."

"We did not have a serious ongoing relationship. We saw each other sporadically between December 2020 and March 13, 2021," he wrote.

He continued, "Nichols told me that she had been involved with other athletes and understood the limitations of our relationship; to wit, that we might see each other on a sporadic basis for consensual sex only."

The Sacramento King player further wrote, "We did not have any dates in the traditional sense at any time; there were no dining at restaurants, going to movies, traveling or any other indicia of a normalized relationship."

"There was only Snapchats of 'where' and 'what time' we would hook up and what hotels would be used," the document read.

Thompson has also denied the legitimacy of leaked texts and snaps, which appear to show the athlete urging the Houston trainer to get an abortion.

The 30-year-old insisted in the docs that while he didn't continue his affair with Maralee after March 2021.

"I am certain that if the child is deemed to be my child that the only date of conception was March 13, 2021, because it was my birthday," he wrote.

Meanwhile, Khloé has been said to be having a hard time dealing with Tristan's latest blow. Though the pair split in July, the athlete's recent admission confirm that he cheated on her before they broke-up.

The serial cheater has publicly embarrassed the Good American designer before, but this may the nail in the coffin that she needs to finally move on with her life.
