One thing about Kim K – she doesn't play when it comes to her sleep!

On Monday, the reality star shared a screenshot of her sleep cycle, which she tracks using Oura Ring, a device used to monitor quality of rest.

Kimmy's data showed that she got an impressive eight hours and 15 minutes of sleep, which the app deemed as "optimal."

That left Gwyneth Paltrow stunned, and she reposted Kim's results, adding, "Okay WHAT?? I thought I was killing it at this @ouraring game… I guess not.."

The actor also shared a snap of her score, which showed she got seven hours and 17 minutes, though she was clearly disappointed by it.

"This is my lame a** score," Gwyneth added in the pic.

On Tuesday, The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star kept the fun going and replied to the Marvel alum on her IG story, "One thing about me… I can SLEEP!"

She also added a little fuel to the competition by showing off her latest results of nine hours and 36 minutes of blissful sleep.

"I'm just showing off now I know! LOL," Kim wrote and tagged Gwyneth in it.

It makes sense for the Goop founder to be competitive when it comes to getting the necessary amount of shuteye, being the huge advocate for health and wellness that she is.

However, it looks like Kimmy Cakes may have a few things to teach Gwyneth when it comes to getting a good night's rest.

Even the company that created the app joined the competition via Twitter and dared anyone to beat Kim's score with the hashtag #cananyonebeatKim.
