Megan Thee Stallion breaks silence after health scare during Moulin Rouge show
New York, New York - Megan The Stallion has reassured fans that the show will go on after falling ill mid-performance during her Moulin Rouge run.
The Hiss rapper broke her silence via Instagram on Wednesday after reports confirmed that she suffered a health issue and was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday evening.
Megan wrote in the caption, "Last night was a real wake-up call for me. I've been pushing myself past my limits lately, running on empty, and my body finally said enough. It honestly scared me."
She continued, "I thought I was gonna faint on stage, I really tried to push through my performance, but I just couldn't."
The Houston native, who plays Zidler in the Broadway show, added, "Hotties I wanna be real with y'all because you mean everything to me and I hate letting yall down. I just need one day to rest, reset, and take care of myself the way I should have been."

Megan's rep told The Hollywood Reporter on Wednesday that Savage rapper has been discharged after being treated by hospital staff.
The spokesperson revealed that doctors identified "extreme exhaustion, dehydration, vasoconstriction, and low metabolic levels" as the cause of the 31-year-old's symptoms.
In her post, Megan told her followers, "I'll be right back on that stage Thursday, stronger, clearer, and ready to give you 100% the way you deserve. Thank you for always riding with me and loving me through everything."
