Vampires, a secret hunting agency, Snoop Dogg, and so much more.

This is what viewers can look forward to in the new comedy-action flick starring Foxx.

The 54-year-old star continues his reign as Netflix's leading man in Day Shift where Foxx plays Bud, an undercover vampire hunter looking to make ends meet.

From the movie's teaser, it was quite evident that this wasn't going to be a stereotypical vamp flick.

The action sequences alone are likened to that of John Wick's ground-breaking fighting scenes.

Foxx, along with his ensemble costars' screen time and the vicious vamps roaming the streets of LA, make Day Shift the wildest – and most ridiculous – vamp flick to date.

But fans can't to get enough of it despite critics' overall mixed reviews.

Fans show Day Shift some Twitter love

Vamp movies are often hit or miss, and it's rare for most to wow like iconic films such as Underworld or Fright Night.

Fortunately, Foxx's latest action thriller is in a lane of its own. For starters, it's obviously not meant to be taken seriously.

With the D.O. Double G and comedic talents like Dave Franco and Stranger Things star Eric Lange also at the film's helm, who would expect anything different?

Franco alone is entertaining from the moment he makes his debut as the unwitting and squeamish union rep that unfortunately has to keep tabs on Foxx's character, Bud.

The movie also has plenty of thrills and chills.

For starters, the vamps in Day Shift apparently don't die that easily.

Though most critics might not be too eager to pen the latest action film as the best vamp flick ever, fans can't stop raving about it on Twitter.

"#DayShift on Netflix is a fun, blue collar vampire hunting action horror comedy film with John Wick levels of action choreography and some unique, highly flexible vampires as well," one fan tweeted.

Another user wrote, "Y'all out there who love a good action horror comedy need to get you some #DayShift in ya life. This flick rips. Get it, JJ. Thanks again, 87eleven. I'm serious. Put it in yer eyeballs pronto. You'll dig it."
