Los Angeles, California - Rock band Linkin Park is revisiting the past and giving fans unreleased music gems, some of which include vocals from the late Chester Bennington.

Twenty years after the release of their massively successful sophomore album Meteora, Linkin Park announced they'll be releasing Meteora: 20th Anniversary Edition in April via Warner Records.

But here's the kicker: the forthcoming release will include several unreleased songs, one of which the band unveiled on Friday.

The song, called Lost, features vocals from the late Bennington, the band's lead singer who tragically passed away in 2017. While the track was initially recorded for Meteora, it ended up getting cut from the final tracklist. However, the band stumbled across the unreleased track when looking for songs to add to the 20th anniversary edition.

"Finding this track was like finding a favorite photo you had forgotten you’d taken, like it was waiting for the right moment to reveal itself," band member Mike Shinoda said in a press release. "For years, fans have been asking us to release something with Chester’s voice, and I’m thrilled we’ve been able to make that happen in such a special way. I think they’re going to be floored when they hear and see all the incredible unreleased songs and video footage in Meteora 20."

Lost is one of six unreleased songs that will be on the 20th anniversary album, which will also include demos, live performances, B-sides, and some of the band's unaired footage.

Meteora was originally released in March 2003, and included some of Linkin Park's most iconic hits such as Numb, Breaking the Habit, and Somewhere I belong.

Meteora: 20th Anniversary Edition will be available on April 7.
