It's a new week, which means new music drops are on the way! During the week of January 9, there are numerous new releases expected from a slew of artists, from Gracie Abrams, Sam Smith, and Miley Cyrus to Julia Wolf, M83, and more. Check out all the music drops on TAG24's radar this week.
We're not quite sure what's better than new bangers, and this week boasts many vibe-worthy albums and songs to blast in your living room, in the car, or on a hot girl walk.
With new albums coming your way from some of the hottest artists in the game such as BabyTron, Julia Wolf, and Circa Waves to name a few, there's no shortage of full-length projects to give a spin.
There are also several songs making their debut this week by the likings of Miley Cyrus, M83, Sam Smith, Paramore, Ella Vos, and more.
With so much new music dropping during the week of January 9, it can be easy to lose track of what's getting released, and when.

Albums: BabyTron, Circa Waves, Julia Wolf, Belle and Sebastian, and BANNERS
- BabyTron - Bin Reaper 3: New Testament
Detroit rapper BabyTron is back with a new album, titled Bin Reaper 3: New Testament, on Friday. The record serves as the followup to the October 2022 release of Bin Reaper 3: Old Testament, and is set to include features from Lil Yachty, Rico Nasty, KanKan, DaBoii, and more.
- Julia Wolf - Good Thing We Stayed
On Friday, Julia Wolf will release her debut album, Good Thing We Stayed. The record is set to include previously released tracks such as Hot Killer, Get Off My, Dracula, and Gothic Babe Tendencies featuring Blackbear. The album's release comes months after the RIP To The Club singer made her Governors Ball debut.
- Circa Waves - Never Going Under
Circa Waves is set to release its fifth studio album titled Never Going Under on Friday. Speaking of the album, the band's frontman Kieran Shudall told NME, "Never Going Under is a snapshot of the fear we all feel today and the resilience we will need to get through it."
- Belle and Sebastian - Late Developers
Belle and Sebastian are back with a new album called Late Developers on Friday. The record will be released via Matador, and serves as the followup to the 2022 album, A Bit of Previous, which was their first album in seven years.
- BANNERS - I Wish I Was Flawless, I'm Not
On Friday, BANNERS AKA Michael Nelson is expected to drop a new, deeply personal EP titled I Wish I Was Flawless, I'm Not. The six-track EP will include the previously released song Perfectly Broken.
I Wish I Was Flawless, I'm Not is the Liverpool native's first project since the 2021 release of It’s Gonna Be OK.

In addition to full-fledged albums and projects, there are several songs coming out this week that you definitely need to check out!
On Monday, Billy Lemos dropped a new single called Secrecies with the help of Sam Austins.
On Tuesday, iconic EDM group M83 dropped their latest track, titled Oceans Niagara, which will be on their forthcoming album that's due in March.
SG Lewis also dropped a new single on Tuesday featuring Charlotte Day Wilson and Channel Tres titled Fever Dreamer.
On Wednesday, Sam Smith, Koffee, and Jessie Reyez will debut their new joint single called Gimme.
Paramore is also expected to release its latest single, C'est Comme Ça, on Thursday after dropping a little teaser for fans to obsess over last week.
Miley Cyrus is back with her new song Flowers on Friday, which many are speculating may be about her ex-husband Liam Hemsworth.
Also debuting on Friday is Ella Vos' new song Mindreader, as well as Gracie Abrams latest single, where do we go now, which is the lead track off her forthcoming debut album, Good Riddance.
