New York, New York - The 1975's latest concert took a turn for utterly bizarre when lead singer Matty Healy decided to eat raw meat on stage.

The 33-year-old musician has developed a track record for unusual behavior during his shows, but no fan could have predicted this one.

Fan videos from the band's current tour have shown Healy drinking from a flask, doing push-ups, smoking cigarettes, and groping himself on stage.

He took things to another level on Monday night at Madison Square Garden with his most disturbing antic yet.

In between songs, a shirtless Healy knelt down on stage and took a bite out of a large piece of raw meat.

As is the case with much of his bizarre behavior, there isn't any explanation as to why Healy decided to do this.

The videos of the nausea-inducing act quickly circulated around social media as fans reacted in horror to Healy's latest exploits.

One Twitter user wrote, "Matty Healy eating a giant raw slab of meat on stage after touching himself was not where I expected the 1975 show to go but I guess I should have."

Another user hilariously encapsulated the anxiety that the tour is bringing fans, writing, "everyday I wake up in fear knowing they’ll be a new insane video of Matty Healy on my timeline."
