The Grammy Awards are heading back to LA in 2023!

Los Angeles, California - The Recording Academy unveiled key information about the 65th Grammy Awards, which will return to the Golden State.

Music's biggest night is heading back to Los Angeles after an off-year at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Sin City!

On Thursday, the Recording Academy announced the 2023 Grammys will take place at Crypto.com Arena in LA on February 5, 2023.

The eligibility period for submissions started on October 1, 2021, and will close on September 30 of this year. The online entry period kicks off July 18 and closes August 31.

Nominees for the 65th Grammy Awards will be announced on November 15, with the first round of voting set to take place between October 13 and October 23.

The final round of voting to select the winners in each category will take place from December 14 to January 4, 2023.

The Recording Academy recently unveiled a slew of new categories for the 2023 Grammys, like best score soundtrack for video games and other interactive media, non-classical songwriter of the year, and a special merit award for best song for social change.

Also, new for the 2023 Grammys is a requirement that increases the minimum new content eligibility for albums from 50% to 75%.

Additional details about the show will be announced in the coming months. The 65th Grammy Awards will be broadcast live on CBS and available via live-stream and on-demand on Paramount+.
