Los Angeles, California - The Kardashians confirmed its season two premiere date with a tasty new teaser!

In case you've missed them, the reality stars are back for another season of family drama, love, and everything else in between.

On Monday, the Hulu series dropped it first teaser for the reality series sophomore season and nothing was left off the table as viewers were treated to some shocking moments that lay ahead.

Naturally, the one-minute thirty-second clip gave a few glances at the memorable occasions that recently happened in the Kardashians-Jenner lives.

Kourtney Kardashian's Italian wedding to Travis Barker, the birth of Kylie Jenner's second child, and Kim Kardashian's romance with Pete Davidson are a few things that were highlighted

But there were also a few lesser-known tidbits teased.

One surprising reveal was a brief moment showing Kris Jenner dealing with an unknown health scare.

"I can't tell my kids I'm scared, They have enough problems. They don't need to worry about Mom," the momager says in the trailer while being shown laying on a hospital bed.

While it's not specified what Kris' secret health debacle is, Khloé Kardashian seems to pick up that something's off with the matriarch.

"I don't know what's happening with you," the Good American owner quips while speaking to Kris.

On the plus side, the Saturday Night Live alum is seen making his official debut on the series.

"Life is good. I have a new boyfriend. I'm just having a really good time," Kim gushed about Pete before the camera flashes to shared comedian's on-camera appearance.

The SKIMS owner is seen asking the 28-year-old, "Do you want to shower with me really quick?"

Pete doesn't skip a beat as he's then seen quickly joining his girlfriend.
