Los Angeles, California – This year's MTV Movie & TV Awards and UNSCRIPTED awards have found its hosts - times two!

MTV announced on Monday that Hudgens will host the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards live from the Barker Hangar in Los Angeles.

The event will kick off on Sunday, June 5 at 8 PM EST.

"I'm back!" the film actor and musical theater performer said in a video announcement. "Trust me, you don't wanna miss this."

Celebs and showings will be up for a golden popcorn award in categories like Best Movie, Best Show, and Best Performance.

Then there are the fun competitions: Best Villian, Best Kiss, Most Frightened Performance, and Here For The Hookup. This year, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Euphoria, and The Batman have racked up the most nominations.

The event marks Hudgens' return to the MTV stage following her 2020 hosting stint for the inaugural MTV Movie & TV Awards: Greatest of All Time special, which looked back at the best moments in film and television overall.

Following the long-running ceremony, MTV will air its second annual Movie & TV Awards: UNSCRIPTED beginning at 10 PM, celebrating the best of reality television.

The Bachelorette's Tayshia Adams was unveiled on Tuesday as the event's host.

"Unscripted and Undeniably juicy," Adams wrote on IG. "I can't wait!!!"
